In this video we are going to practice two difficult consonant sounds that learners often confuse with one another: /v/ & /b/. You will learn how the two sounds are produced and how they differ from one another. Then we are going to look at two vowel sounds: long /i:/ and short /ɪ/. For all sounds there will be a little test! Next you will learn more about word stress in English, especially about 3 important word stress rules. Last but not least, we are going to practise some final consonant clusters (pt, kt & ft)!
