Terms & Conditions

CLASSES

Please note that enrollment on all classes (individual classes as well as bundles of classes) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Individual classes are 55 minutes long.
2. The balance of class fees must be paid no later than 3 working days before the first day of the class. Should the balance not reach us on time, your course start date may need to be postponed.
3. All online pronunciation class fees are non-refundable. If you would like a 15 min. free consultation via Zoom before booking a class to ensure this is the right fit for you, please contact us at contact@billie-english.com
4. Fees paid for all classes cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Online classes must be completed within one year of purchase. If, after beginning the classes, you wish to extend the class completion date or delay completion of the classes, this will be at the discretion of BILLIE ENGLISH and may incur a €50 fee.
6. Cancellation of a class must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee.
7. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged with the teacher.
8. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes which have been missed without prior notice.
9. Classes cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student or refunded upon request.
10. We kindly ask students to commit to class times as arranged in advance and to limit cancelation of classes to a minimum or emergencies (e.g. illness). 
11. Our email response time will be within a maximum of 24 hours from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
